“Spirited Away is a 2001 Japanese animated fantasy film. It tells the story of Chihiro Ogino (Hagino), a sullen ten-year-old girl who, while moving to a new neighborhood, enters an alternate reality inhabited by spirits and monsters. After her parents are transformed into pigs by the witch Yubaba (Natsuki), Chihiro takes a job working in Yubaba’s bathhouse to find a way to free herself and her parents and escape to the human world.

Spirited Away was released on July 20, 2001, and became the most successful film in Japanese history, grossing over $274 million worldwide. Acclaimed by international critics, the movie was considered one of the best films of the 2000s decade and one of the greatest animated films of all time. “

A very wonderful and mysterious kind of fun. I enjoyed the movie.  It proves that when you help people with your generosity , they will feel the gratitude to help you back even if you don’t ask for, and of course we need to keep our faith firm as one of the most important ingredient to battle life’s challenge.

Verdict: 10/10
