Cast: Jeon Do-Yeon / Gong Yoo
A chance encounters with two people who are not free to love, who met at the right place but at the wrong time.
A one night stand that develops into something deeper.
Sweet and intimate moments you will never forget.
This movie showcases a piece of real life. Maybe this is not for everyone. Maybe most of us would not understand.
As our protagonist struggle to follow their heart’s desire, you will realize the path is very difficult. There are some sacrifices you have to swallow hard because, at the end of the day, it’s not just about you anymore.
A man and a woman is beautifully made. There are only a few dialogues, but everything is well conveyed. A very emotional conflict of harsh reality.
Traveling through the tunnel was such a long journey, but nothing to worry, it provides you a comfortable seat while enjoying the mystery and suspense throughout your trip.
This drama is about a dedicated detective who times travel and found himself in the year 2017 after chasing and failed to capture the serial killer. He was stuck in the future and no way to return him to the 80’s unless he can solve the case and find the real murderer.
Tunnel offers you quite a lot of elements blended with crime mystery, suspense, action, comedic and love. A strong and excellent characters portrayals by brilliant cast makes the drama more compelling and nail biting. The plot is reasonably decent with a perfect delight of warmness and integrity.
Kudos to our hardworking detectives, I truly enjoyed the ride!
“It’s never too late to start over.
If you weren’t happy with yesterday, try something different today.
Don’t stay stuck.
“A clear rejection is always better than a fake promise.”
“You’ve got to really be able to accept the rejection”
everything will be fine.
I’m not going to lie. I really don’t like this drama in the Korean version.
I love musical drama, but in here, the music seems to become exhausted because conflict is an integral part of the plot, it was overloaded to handle.
For the first few episodes, it was fun to watch, but then they failed the consistency to set back the settings of what a musical drama should be. The balance of melody has been turned off and the harmony vanished by adversities.
Only this drama showcase an enjoyable music list and fresh faces. Aside from that, nothing stands.
What is your heart conversing right now?
Whatever it is, be brave enough to start a conversation that matters.
The Classic was just beautiful.
Timeless and Universal.
The beautiful scenery of the Korean countryside along with the nostalgic and poignant mood brought the film into very classical and portrays kinds of emotional appeals.
A beautiful journey from the past; about first love memorable moments, friendship, sacrifices, and fate.
The modern tale which brings the story together.
The fair share of laughter and tears.
The character chemistry and acting execution are terrific.
The plot is simple, but it connects itself to your memory.
A movie that should be watched, it will bawl your eyes out at the end.
In every life, we have some trouble.
Aint got no place to lay your head, somebody came and took your bed.
The landlord says your rent is late, he may have to litigate.
Aint got no cash, ain’t got no style, ain’t got no girl to make you smile.
Don’t worry, be happy. Don’t worry about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright.
Rise up this morning, smiled with the risin’ sun. Three little birds sit by my doorstep, singin’ sweet songs of melodies pure and true, sayin’,
p style=”text-align:justify;”>Don’t worry ’bout a thing,
‘Cause every little thing is gonna be alright.
Don’t worry, be happy.
Oh man! I truly enjoyed this movie. One of the best parts of it is the visual of our protagonist. Won Bin looks so cool with his bloody and dirty looks, sexy with his deep and gruff voice, his moves when fighting, especially shooting without even looking, his eyes carry with different expressions and madness that seems to explode anytime. All of these are quite enough to keep your eyes on the screen that you don’t want to go anywhere else.
The man from nowhere is a solid Korean crime thriller that was able to display the emotional, vicious and awesome action choreography. It has a sweet and a great storyline. Here is a man without an unexpected mission, who came from a tragic past, trying to hide from society, but needs to save a young girl who thinks of him as a good ahjussi.
This movie has definitely a class of its own. It turns out to be a solid one. It has a 100 % rating on Rotten Tomatoes too, and one of the highest grossing films in S. Korea.
The cinematography was excellent and focused. You could see every detail they wanted to show within the frame plus the villains are quite compelling with their maddening characters.
I believe everything is likable in this movie, you will surely enjoy it.
Happy Mother’s day to all Moms…

Taken for granted by their kids.
Who has never been on a date on this day.
Those who never received any words of appreciation, flowers or gifts.
Happy Mother’s day to all Moms…
Who are far from their children.
Who lost their daughter or son.
Who suffers from sickness, depression or loneliness.
Those who have never been treated with love.
Happy Mother’s day to all women…
Who has the heart to become a mom.
Who represented more than a mom.
Who are still trying to become a good mom.
And to all of us mother who works is never done.
Yoon-Jung (Kim A-Joong) accidentally calls a stranger, instead of her boyfriend, and has phone sex with the unknown man. When Yoon-Jung’s relationship with her boyfriend turns sour, Yoon-Jung meets Hyun-Seung (Ji Sung), the stranger she had phone sex with.
I never expected another daring, naughty adults romantic comedy from Korean movie (after Sex is Zero and Frozen flowers). PS partner is a sexy comedy loaded with great humor, steamy kisses and bed scenes and gray color conversations.
No worries, the plot has a good balance of romance and comedy. You will never get bored because this movie offers something new plus with great casting.
Do you have kids who drastically change their behavior when they become teenagers?
My son’s behavior becomes a problem after he reached the age of 14. Sometimes it confused me if his manner is appropriate to his age or just because he’s in the process of development. I am baffled between ignoring him or punishing him. Remaining calm and telling him what is right seems to give him an extra tantrum too. He appears to be controlling, and just wanted us to ignore him all the time.
When we tried to correct him or made some remarks when he did something bad, he usually does the smart mouth talking which is really, really annoying. He has no control of his anger at all. He says what he wants to say even though it shows disrespectful and rudeness.
I really wanted to lock him in the box and just release him when he’s at the age of maturity or place him back on my tummy. You can’t stop thinking about silly things, especially when you expect him to give you strength instead of draining your remaining kindness and putting you to the limits.
How hard is it to become a Parent? I know it’s more than words to explain. I realized and imagine how my Mom and Pops suffered too when I was in my age of rebellion. I think I am paying the price now.
With prayer, I am hoping that he will settle better than me, that he will discover more good things about people, that time will take his side to mold him into a better, kinder, respectful and considerate man I am praying him to be.
Someone proposed to me!
I don’t know why this kid suddenly grab the plastic flowers and kneel down in front of me. I was smiling and said yes, I do. I bet he was watching some TV drama and tend to imitate it. Ha-ha. He was so cute. I told him to kneel down for a while so I can take pictures for our cute memory and he listened.
What would you feel when there is a chance that you could send a letter to heaven to someone you care, or hate or miss? I think that would be comforting for us who was left behind in this world. How good it must be if we can send letters of longing for our loved ones even though they are already departed.
In this wonderful movie, it tells the story of JaeJoon (Hero JaeJoong), an angel messenger that delivers letters of people to their deceased loved ones. He is known as Postman to Heaven who is visible to those only who suffer the loss of someone they loved. When our Postmaster met HaNa (Han HyoJoo), a young woman who sent letters to her deceased boyfriend with bitterness and hired her to be his assistant, things start to get complicated.
This movie is gentle, simply performed, yet very profound one. The plot is well written and inimitable with sentimental message, with attractive sceneries especially the green fields where the mailbox is, is just breathtaking. The unexpected U-turn of the story will make you cry and smile.
Surely, this movie is a gift.
Unspoken words.. hidden feelings will lead you to a life of loneliness and isolation. Better call someone at 3:00 am and tell what you have to tell, otherwise, keep it as remembrance of your selfishness, suck it, until you will realize that nothing is worse than regret.
You must not be afraid; you are not colorless. In the eyes of others, for me, from people who truly care for you, maybe you are an empty vessel, but who cares? you are a beautiful one.
Thank you Tsukuru Tazaki for taking me into your vessel. I swam with you across the freezing sea at night. Now, I think I need to grab a beer and rethink again of my life.
Congratulations to my bae Gong Yoo for winning the best actor award for his amazing performance in Goblin. You are one of the best!
I know right? You’re gonna win! Congratulations to Seo Hyun Jin as the best actress from drama Another Oh hae young. You made me cry in that show!
And here it goes Goblin who take home the GRAND PRIZE AWARD! You are the best of the best!
Here are five reasons you need to watch this movie.
1. A tear-jerker melodrama.
Gives an air of nostalgia and plenty of sweet and heartwarming moments.
2. Best performances and perfect chemistry.
So Ji-Sub (Cheol-Min) and Han Hyo-Joo (Jung-Hwa ) acting characterization is on top. The blind, sweet girl meets the tough guy with complex characters. They evolve together and turned to be a perfect lover.
3. Unexpected plot twist
You will never guess until the back story shown. Life has a cruel sense of humor.
4. The art of photography and camera work are captivating.
It gives you the warmth and the pain through some sentimental shots.
5. This movie gives you the chill that “Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.”
It’s the first thing I always say at our new employee training seminars. I gaze around the room, pick one person, and have him stand up. And this is what I say: I have some good news for you and some bad news. The bad news first. We’re going to have to rip off either your fingernails or your toenails with pliers. I’m sorry, but it’s already decided. It can’t be changed.
I pull out a huge, scary pair of pliers from my briefcase and show them to everybody. Slowly, making sure everybody gets a good look. And then I say: Here’s the good news. You have the freedom to choose which it’s going to be—your fingernails, or your toenails. So, which will it be? You have ten seconds to make up your mind. If you’re unable to decide, we’ll rip off both your fingernails and your toenails.
I start the count.
At about eight seconds most people say, ‘The toes.’ Okay, I say, toenails it is. I’ll use these pliers to rip them off. But before I do, I’d like you to tell me something. Why did you choose your toes and not your fingers? The person usually says, ‘I don’t know. I think they probably hurt the same. But since I had to choose one, I went with the toes.’
I turn to him and warmly applaud him. And I say, Welcome to the real world.”
