I was quite busy for the past three weeks, work has been pretty demanding, some people were frustrating and sometimes I found myself being wrathful. I was trying my best to have a positive start for the year, though I would say it was somewhat challenging.
Then I just decided to choose to be in a good mood. When work and people start to be stressful, I try to stop for a second and take a deep breath. I know it’s just so easy to be angry, react and fight with them but what will happen to you then?
So let’s clear our mind of negative chaos because at the end of the day, some people really don’t care about your feelings, only you and you will. Push away all the things that give us huge weight on our shoulder and achieve productivity.
