While Dubai is known for its luxury, shopping in the top class malls, beautiful hotels, amazing skyline, and tours and attractions, still there is a culturally-rich side of it to explore. There are several sites around the city that allow residents and tourists to learn more about Emirati heritage and values. One of them is its museum which I just recently visited after ten years of staying here.
It was good to see the displays reflecting the market, shops, vendors and the goods sold at those times. It was quite surprising for me to know about the water story, pearl diving and the marine life on the floor of the Arabian Gulf. If happens you are visiting the City of ambitions, you must drop off to Dubai Museum.
